How to Delete Your Account

What Gets Deleted
When you delete your DoughMetrics account, the following data is permanently and immediately removed:
- Your account profile and authentication record
- All ingredients, recipes, and packaging items
- All uploaded images
- Your subscription and billing information
- Email notification preferences and marketing contacts
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Before You Delete
If you have an active paid subscription, you must cancel it before deleting your account. You can manage your subscription from the Subscription page in your account settings.
Delete via Web App
- Sign in to your account at DoughMetrics
- Navigate to Settings
- On the Account tab, scroll down to the Danger Zone section
- Click "Delete Account"
- Review the confirmation dialog and click "Continue"
- Verify your identity by entering your password (or confirming via Google if you signed up with Google)
- Your account will be permanently deleted
Delete via Mobile App
- Open the DoughMetrics app on your device
- Go to the Settings tab
- Scroll down to the Account Actions section
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Review the confirmation dialog and tap "Delete"
- Verify your identity by entering your password (or confirming via Google if you signed up with Google)
- Your account will be permanently deleted
